The Charity Fund "Demining of Ukraine" is systematically working to make Ukrainian land safe for life, agricultural activity, and the return of communities to peaceful living.Thanks to the coordinated efforts of our team, the support of partners, and the trust of local communities, we have achieved significant results in the field of humanitarian demining.Key achievements:Over 54 472 636m² of land surveyed for potential explosive hazards.
7 685 268m² of confirmed contaminated areas identified, showing signs of mine danger or explosive remnants of war.274 597m² of former combat-affected land cleared and returned to safe use.2 197 764m² officially transferred to the communities.Risk education on explosive ordnance delivered to 630 individuals in communities where surveys were conducted.Innovation:The Fund actively implements modern approaches to mechanical demining and mapping of contaminated areas, including the use of robotic systems and remote monitoring tools.We operate:In full compliance with international humanitarian demining standards (IMAS).Without any financial burden on local communities, farmers, or the state.With complete transparency — all our policies, reports, and results are publicly accessible.The Charity Fund "Demining of Ukraine" serves as an example of how an independent Ukrainian organisation can operate effectively under extremely challenging conditions — saving lives and restoring safe spaces for the country’s development.
